Holy Trinity Episcopal Church



	Holy Trinity Episcopal Church is a vibrant and growing Christian community located in the Haymount area of Fayetteville. We are a mainstream Episcopal Church, emphasizing good worship, strong fellowship, and service to others. “Come in to worship; Go out to serve” has been our guiding theology since the parish was founded in 1951. 	Sundays: Holy Eucharist Rite II at 8:00 a.m. and 10:30 (music) Weekdays: Monday, Tuesday, and Friday – Morning Prayer at 7:15 a.m. Wednesday – Holy Eucharist at noon Thursday – Holy Eucharist at 5:30 p.m. Holidays: Additional services are held during Lent and Holy Week. We also celebrate the Holy Eucharist at 10:30 a.m. on Independence Day, Thanksgiving Day, Christmas Day, and New Year’s Day

Coffee Hour

Coffee Hour after the 10:30 a.m. service will be hosted by Kathy and Brandon Niemann. Please join them for a cup of Bishops Blend coffee or lemonade and cookies.

Food Pantry Ingathering

Today is our first-Sunday-of-the-month ingathering for our Food Pantry. You can help stock the shelves by bringing a few cans or a case of canned vegetables, canned fruit, and canned tuna, 1lb bags of rice or macaroni and cheese.

The church office will be closed on Monday, September 6th in observance of Labor Day. We will reopen on Tuesday, September 7th, at 8:00 a.m.

20s/30s GROUP TO MEET

Join other 20-30-somethings for an afternoon of football and fellowship on Saturday, September 11. Daniel and Sarah Robert are hosting a casual gathering from 3:30 p.m. until whenever. Bring beverages and munchies to share. Daniel and Sarah’s address is 1425 Pine Valley Loop; call them at 263-8477 if you need directions or more information.

ECW Meeting – Please join us on Sunday, September 12th, for our monthly meeting at 4:00 p.m. in the Parish Hall. As ever, our meeting promises to be laden

with fellowship, food, and fun.

Christian Formation and Sunday School classes will begin on Sunday, September 19th. Sunday school starts at 9:15 a.m.; The Adult Forum and Father Ray’s newcomers’ class start at 9:20 a.m.

Fellowship Bridge Club

If you are a bridge player, please join the Fellowship Bridge Club. It meets one Saturday a month in members’ homes to enjoy some not-too-serious bridge. If you are interested, please call Rob and Carla Richardson at
